Well it is Sunday so resting the body today and it is fathers day... I was going to go for a bike ride with the husband and son but he wasn't in the mood.... I am too tired as well, my son kept me awake last night....
So starting tomorrow I will get back into it....
Got the Womens Fitness magazine and it had a great cardio workout which I am going to try at the gym, I think it will be good. It is a mixture of treadmill (intervals); cross trainer; stepper and bike, lasting 42 mins in total, and all pushing yourself to your limits..... So shall be interesting to see if I can manage it.
Today we are off to a wedding in the Blue Mountains, and it will be finger food, and that means fattening food too....oh well, at least I will make up for it during the week.
