Feels ooooh so good

Well, it is a beautiful spring day in Sydney so what better way to start it with a good workout :)

I took my son out in the pram and walked up to the local oval and did some skipping, galloping and jogging.... I tell you what skipping is really hard work, it definitely burns some calories indeed. I am going to try and do that at least once-a-week - a bit hard to do the skipping and galloping at the gym at work.... .but will try... :) When I did the galloping my son was laughing at me because it did it close to the pram to keep an eye on him. To top it off the weather is just beautiful. I was planning to do a mat workout afterwards but currently trying to get my son down for his day sleep and he is fighting it.

I have never been so determined to exercise and stick to my goal. It is great. I feel so much better for it as well. I even asked my husband if he wants to go for a bike ride with DJ in the morning - it is fathers day tomorrow so I thought he would love to do that for his special day and then we can have breakfast at the cafe afterwards. My husband and I have a wedding in the Blue Mountains tomorrow - can't wait. Two very close friends of ours. Not sure what I will wear. It will be a bit cooler up in the mountains.
