Taking a break today

I have so good on my goal to becoming a size 8. I haven't been a size 8 since long before I was pregnant and the only way I can get there is pure dedication and consistency with diet and exercise.

I bought the Tracy Anderson Mat Method and Dance Cardio DVDs.... I love the mat workout and the dance cardio workout I am always finding myself all over the shop and not coordinated at all. But I plan to stick it out and try to attempt it a few days a week to nail the combos.

Didn't get to exercise on Monday and Tuesday, I was working from home because I had a sick little boy who is 18 months - ear and chest infection plus a guey eye :( I could have gone for a walk but I just wasn't motivated.

I have a gym at work and have been Wednesday and Thursday. I would love to try TA treadamill workout but the gym I go to is situated at work and I would feel like a complete idiot.... There are supervised times which is opened so I am thinking of sneaking down one day 15 mins before the trainer arrives so I can do some of the treadmill workout, even if it is just some skipping for 15 mins.

My diet is pretty low in calories, sticking between the range of 1200-1500 calories and trying to burn at least 300 calories per day and I am finding I am losing cm's by doing this. I am not dropping lots of weight because I only have 3kg to go before I reach my first goal weight of 59kg. After I have reached that my next goal will be 57kg and then I will be completely happy.

I don't understand how alot of these celeb mums can have a baby and look fabulous and fit within only a matter of months, I suppose they have the luxury of a personal trainer coming to their home and nannies.... I have started to see a personal trainer once-a-week on a Saturday. I don't see him tomorrow - he is off to a wedding in Melbourne. I am thinking of doing some running, skipping and galloping around the local oval, followed by the TA mat workout :)
