Feeling oh so good

Just back from the gym and this is my 4th day of exercise in a row, and I am really feeling good for it. I think I may be addicted to exercise.

At the gym today I did 20 mins on the treadmill (1min walk,1min jog) intervals, sometimes 2min walk, 1 min jog. Still building on my fitness. I did some skipping followed by 10 mins on the cross trainer. Then I did some resistance band training for the legs, followed by some ab work.

I have training most of tomorrow so I have been trying to work out when to exercise tomorrow and I am thinking I might have to speak to the husband and ask him to take DJ to daycare so I can go to the gym in the morning. I can't exercise after work - have friends over for bbq dinner and tomorrow lunch is out because I have training.... arghhh so it will have to be tomorrow morning.

Starting to feel a bit tired now.... arghhh might go across and get some money out so I can get a diet coke - a bit of caffeine to get me through the afternoon.

Going to put the ipod this afternoon and power through the work. Need something to motivate me for work.
