Well, I got myself out of bed at 6am this morning for a personal training session :) Felt good for doing it as well, even though I was so tired. Feeling the burn today from it which is great, I will be sore tomorrow I am sure. My next session with him is 8am on Saturday. I was hoping to do an extra session next week but he is away with work, so I think the following week I will do two sessions before Temptation party so I can look fabulous in my little outfit...
Got healthy food for today and hoping it will all fill me up, so hungry and so broke, only got $2 to get me through until pay day tomorrow. Got a free coffee voucher for this afternoon though, and I think I might just need it to get me through.
Tomorrow I am planning a big cardio blast workout at the gym, I want to try out the one I saw in the Womens Fitness magazine. Looks like a good calorie burn!
Temptation Party is on 26 September, so I need to look great for it. Just have to cut down the calories to at least 1200-1500 per day and make sure I exercise at least 4-5 days per week, or more if I can.
Anyway enough blabbering from me....
