Just been to the gym and worked myself so hard. I did that cardio blast workout that I read in Womens Fitness magazine and seriously I am worked out haha The stepper almost killed me - could only do 3mins so made up on other cardio equipment :)
The only thing when I do big workouts like that is I am always sooooo hungry afterwards. I just ate some steak with a red wine sauce, veges and potatoes. I really ate too much and I still feel hungry and weak, so going to drink lots of water to make me feel more fuller....
