Ok, now I think I am an exercise junkie. Everyday I am thinking of how I can fit in exercise each day and feel bad for not exercising.
I am now looking into www.dancealicious.com.au which offer something similar to what Tracy does in her dance cardio workout DVD. I am looking into it at the moment, waiting for a reply to my email, think I might be better off just calling them direct about it.
Still seeing my personal trainer once-a-week now, and loving it. Seeing such great results.
I went to Temptation on Saturday night and received alot of compliments and people have even said I look better now than before I was pregnant and I agree. I am taking more pride in my body and I look better. I am not sure what it is but since I have had DJ I feel like my features have matured or something, I feel and look more beautiful. I am much more confident and accepting of myself - more than ever!
At the gym today, I did 25 mins on the treadmill and wouldn't get off until the treadmill had 250 calories burned keheheee then I did some skipping - managed to do 40 skips, then moved onto some arms and leg exercises and finished off with a bit of ab work. I am soooo exhausted from it.
I am also thinking of trying a zumba class next week www.zumba.com. One of my friends has classes at her gym and she has some free visit passes, so I am going to give that a go next week. See what I mean by being an exercise junkie???!!!!

Feeling oh so good
Just back from the gym and this is my 4th day of exercise in a row, and I am really feeling good for it. I think I may be addicted to exercise.
At the gym today I did 20 mins on the treadmill (1min walk,1min jog) intervals, sometimes 2min walk, 1 min jog. Still building on my fitness. I did some skipping followed by 10 mins on the cross trainer. Then I did some resistance band training for the legs, followed by some ab work.
I have training most of tomorrow so I have been trying to work out when to exercise tomorrow and I am thinking I might have to speak to the husband and ask him to take DJ to daycare so I can go to the gym in the morning. I can't exercise after work - have friends over for bbq dinner and tomorrow lunch is out because I have training.... arghhh so it will have to be tomorrow morning.
Starting to feel a bit tired now.... arghhh might go across and get some money out so I can get a diet coke - a bit of caffeine to get me through the afternoon.
Going to put the ipod this afternoon and power through the work. Need something to motivate me for work.
Ok, enough from me.

Finally reached 60kg on the scales
I weighed myself this morning and I was 60.1kg, and I haven't been 60kg since before DJ was born. Such a big accomplishment for me. I was very happy indeed.
I am soooo sore from my personal training session on Saturday, but I am pushing myself to go to the gym today, determined to look fantastic on Saturday night for Temptation :)
I have been very slack with my blog. Things have just been so busy with work, just haven't had time.
I haven't been doing any of my TA workouts either, I need to push one in this week :)

Feeling the burn
Just been to the gym and worked myself so hard. I did that cardio blast workout that I read in Womens Fitness magazine and seriously I am worked out haha The stepper almost killed me - could only do 3mins so made up on other cardio equipment :)
The only thing when I do big workouts like that is I am always sooooo hungry afterwards. I just ate some steak with a red wine sauce, veges and potatoes. I really ate too much and I still feel hungry and weak, so going to drink lots of water to make me feel more fuller....
Placing an order for some Think Thin protein bars, they are so yummm www.thinkproducts.com
Anyway better run.

Burn baby burn
Well, I got myself out of bed at 6am this morning for a personal training session :) Felt good for doing it as well, even though I was so tired. Feeling the burn today from it which is great, I will be sore tomorrow I am sure. My next session with him is 8am on Saturday. I was hoping to do an extra session next week but he is away with work, so I think the following week I will do two sessions before Temptation party so I can look fabulous in my little outfit...
Got healthy food for today and hoping it will all fill me up, so hungry and so broke, only got $2 to get me through until pay day tomorrow. Got a free coffee voucher for this afternoon though, and I think I might just need it to get me through.
Tomorrow I am planning a big cardio blast workout at the gym, I want to try out the one I saw in the Womens Fitness magazine. Looks like a good calorie burn!
Temptation Party is on 26 September, so I need to look great for it. Just have to cut down the calories to at least 1200-1500 per day and make sure I exercise at least 4-5 days per week, or more if I can.
Anyway enough blabbering from me....

Time to rest
Well it is Sunday so resting the body today and it is fathers day... I was going to go for a bike ride with the husband and son but he wasn't in the mood.... I am too tired as well, my son kept me awake last night....
So starting tomorrow I will get back into it....
Got the Womens Fitness magazine and it had a great cardio workout which I am going to try at the gym, I think it will be good. It is a mixture of treadmill (intervals); cross trainer; stepper and bike, lasting 42 mins in total, and all pushing yourself to your limits..... So shall be interesting to see if I can manage it.
Today we are off to a wedding in the Blue Mountains, and it will be finger food, and that means fattening food too....oh well, at least I will make up for it during the week.

Feels ooooh so good
Well, it is a beautiful spring day in Sydney so what better way to start it with a good workout :)
I took my son out in the pram and walked up to the local oval and did some skipping, galloping and jogging.... I tell you what skipping is really hard work, it definitely burns some calories indeed. I am going to try and do that at least once-a-week - a bit hard to do the skipping and galloping at the gym at work.... .but will try... :) When I did the galloping my son was laughing at me because it did it close to the pram to keep an eye on him. To top it off the weather is just beautiful. I was planning to do a mat workout afterwards but currently trying to get my son down for his day sleep and he is fighting it.
I have never been so determined to exercise and stick to my goal. It is great. I feel so much better for it as well. I even asked my husband if he wants to go for a bike ride with DJ in the morning - it is fathers day tomorrow so I thought he would love to do that for his special day and then we can have breakfast at the cafe afterwards. My husband and I have a wedding in the Blue Mountains tomorrow - can't wait. Two very close friends of ours. Not sure what I will wear. It will be a bit cooler up in the mountains.
